2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid Spied Undisguised In India

A number of teasers and spy shots of the new-gen Toyota Camry have emerged recently. Yesterday we got a fully leaked image of the 2019 Toyota Camry, which is all set to hit the dealers in the next few days, clearly revealing the new design and a long list of advanced equipment of the India-spec model.

2019 Toyota Camry Specs, Mileage

Based on a new TNGA-K platform, the upcoming sedan witnesses an increase in dimensions with a 50 mm extension of the wheelbase as compared to the outgoing version. It is longer and wider with a boot volume grown by 10 litres at 597 litres unit. Powering the Camry is a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder Atkinson petrol engine that is capable of producing 178 hp of peak power and 221 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain is also added an 88kW electric motor adding to the total power output of 208 hp. Claimed to have a fuel efficiency of 23.27 kmpl, the Toyota Camry promises to tear up the Indian roads with the top-notch driving performance.
