Recently, a video which shows a Hyundai Creta which has been customized to resemble a Range Rover has been released

Nowadays, the trend to modify vehicles to a luxury, high-end vehicle has become more and more popular. Being one of the most popular compact SUVs in India, the Hyundai Creta has great potentialities for modifications. On the other hand, the Range Rover is a target which many other cars have been modified to resemble. Recently, a Hyundai Creta owner, with just a few modifications to his vehicle, has made it become a Range Rover SUV, at least to untrained eyes.

The Hyundai Creta has become a Range Rover.

The “SUV” features a Range Rover-like grille and a front Range Rover badge so that it can look more authentic. The vehicle also gets new LED headlights and LED foglamps. The modified Hyundai Creta now runs on aftermarket black alloy wheels with low profile tyres to lend it a sporty look. Last but not least, smoked taillights and a Range Rover badge are added to the rear of the vehicle.

The Hyundai Creta has been modified to resemble a Range Rover.

The changes to the interior are not to be revealed yet because the owner might want to individualize the cabin for himself/herself. However, it is expected to get some adjustments such as the new leather seat covers. Since all the badges have been removed, it is impossible to identify whether this is petrol or diesel version of the Hyundai Creta.

As for the stock Hyundai Creta interior, it is packed with many outstanding features including but not limited to a touch screen infotainment system which supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, wireless charging, start/stop push button, autocruise, temperature control, cooled glove box, reverse camera with parking sensors, rear air conditioner vents, etc.

Hyundai Creta is available with three engine options: a 1.6-litre petrol engine, a 1.4-litre diesel motor and a 1.6-litre diesel unit. The first one can produce a maximum power of 80 BHP and a peak torque of 220 Nm. The transmission duties on this version are undertaken by either a 6-speed MT or AT gearbox. The second engine can generate a maximum power/torque output of 126 BHP/220 Nm while the third one is good for 136 BHP against 260 Nm. While both of these motors are coupled with a 6-speed MT gearbox, only the larger one is mated to a 6-speed AT unit.

The Hyundai Creta is priced in a range from INR 9.43 lakh to INR 15.03 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In the Indian auto market, it takes on the likes of the Honda BR-V and the Renault Captur.
