New Connect Edition for Volkswagen Vento, Polo and Ameo Launched

Volkswagen India is the latest company to take part in the festive season. The Polo, Ameo and Vento have made its public debuts in the price ranges of Rs 5.55- 9.39 lakh, Rs 5.65-9.99 lakh and Rs 8.38-14.02 lakh (Ex-showroom, respectively) and the Connect Edition will come without extra cost.  

Volkswagen’s telematics system (or called Volkswagen Connect) is the intelligent system that allows the car owners to connect their vehicle to a system via an app so that they can access to more info about the car. This system enables customers to connect the car with smartphones via a Plug and Play data dongle that is compatible with the OBD port (On Board Diagnostics). Volkswagen connect helps users use a lot of particular features such as monitoring the fuel price, monitoring the driver actions, tracking the trip, sharing its location, making SOS phone call, etc. 

Volkswagen Connect provides many supportive features​

Volkswagen will make some changes in the colour and features as:

•    16-inch  new designed alloy wheels (available on Highline Plus Variant)

•    Rear USB charging port

•    Aluminium pedals

•    Carbon finished ORVMs

•    Seat covers of leatherette

•    Glovebox light

•    Moonstone colour radio surround trim 

Through this new Connect Edition, Volkswagen aims to digitalize the pre-to-post customer experience.
