New images of the 2019 Indian-bound Audi Q3 - More space and features

The newest generation of the Audi Q3 has finally arrived after a time of anticipation. Yesterday, Audi manufacturers has released the teaser for its upcoming generation of the Q3. Now, we can get the full view of this new car from the inside out.

As expected, the new Audi Q3 becomes larger in size and displays better performance.

First of all, let’s look at the new exterior. The Q3 gets inspired by the Q8 - Audi's newly-introduced premium SUV. The Audi Q3's dimension has increased when comparing to the current model. More specifically, it grows 97 mm in length and 25mm in width. The wheelbase is 77mm longer than the outgoing Audi Q3. With this significant growth, the new Audi Q3 promises to bring you an even more spacious interior room. The wheel size varies: they could be 17-inch, 18-inch or 20-inch.

The redesigned exterior conveys more exaggerated features. The barred grille makes a more pronounced appearance, and the headlight gets bolder with more angular contours. LED technology will be available in all versions. The stronger shoulder line exerts a masculine look.

Getting into the car, you will be surprised at the all-new well-equipped interior. There are a host of updates features, notably, a touch-screen MMI (Multi Media Interface), the digital cockpit and driver assist feature. Parting with the old analogue instrumentation, the new instrument cluster will feature a large digital screen which is connected to the steering wheel for convenient operation. And don’t forget to mention the impressive Bang & Olufsen Premium sound system comprising fifteen loudspeakers. It is undoubtedly that you will get the best experience out of this indulgence.

The interior of the new Q3 entails many advanced updates

When it comes to the new features, Audi Q3 will get adaptive cruise assist which combines adaptive speed assist, traffic jam assist, and active lane assist and park assist. With the assists of four full-degree cameras, the Q3 will ensure advanced safety.

In terms of engine, four four-cylinder turbocharged engines are offered, including three petrol options and one diesel unit. The base Q3 will get a 1.5-litre petrol engine which could make 148 PS. The 2-litre engine comes into two states of tunes, 178 and 227PS. The only diesel engine could make 150 PS. These engines are supported by either a six-speed manual transmission or seven-speed S-tronic. The four-wheel drive mode of the Audi Q3 promises to bring in out outstanding performance with high traction and driveability. It is also revealed that the new Indian-bounded Audi Q3 will get an improving suspension as in the international market.
