In which, one option offers a 2,645mm wheelbase while the other one, which is the slightly longer version for the markets as India and China will be delivered with a wheelbase of 2,651mm. This design aims at liberating more legroom, especially for the second-row passengers.

In the effort to penetrate more into the Indian market with the India 2.0 strategy, the automaker plans on bringing this SUV in the country in 2020. Accordingly, the car will witness a severe competition, in which, it will be pitted against the likes of the Tata Harrier, Nissan Kicks, Hyundai Creta and Renault Captur in the SUV segment. This also pushes the car maker to update the model with more premium interiors, feature list and space for the cargo and the rear passengers as well.
