2019 Maruti Baleno Features Detailed in the Brochure Scans

The 2019 Maruti Baleno (facelift) was launched recently, the brochure scans details the features of the new model

Maruti Suzuki Baleno will be launched with revised features package. On the leaked images of the variant-based feature list, Maruti will continue to come in four variants, Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha.

Exteriorly, the new Baleno will adopt some minor changes, including the refreshed grille, redesigned bumper and new fog lights. Other exterior features are included. For example, the Delta gets LED projector headlamps, while the Zeta and Alpha are packed with new cut alloy wheels. The top-spec Alpha sports a premium LED rear combination lamp and LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs.

Inside the car, some new features are updated too. On the base variants, it will be given a new colour scheme, reverse parking sensors and speed alert system and co-driver seat belt reminder. On the higher variant Delta, the package will be added with a new audio system with electrostatic touch buttons, audio controls-mounted steering wheel. It is also armed with electric ORVMs, automatic AC, rear wiper and washer. Zeta and Alpha on the higher grade gains advanced feature like new SmartPlay infotainment system and Phone Connected Navigation function.

Maruti Suzuki will sell the 2019 Baleno in Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha grades. New features of the Sigma grade include refreshed black and blue upholstery, reverse parking sensors, speed alert system and co-driver SBR. The Delta grade has gained LED projector headlamps with a light guide and a new audio system with electrostatic touch buttons.

Four variants of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno will come with different new features

Under the hood, new Maruti Suzuki Baleno is available with the same engine options, including the old 1.2-litre petrol and 1.3-litre DDiS diesel. The petrol engine with 84PS of power and 115 of torque is mated either with a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT. On the diesel trims, the engine could make 75PS and 190Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.  

The price is deemed to keep at the current rate which is just experienced price hike earlier this year. Maruti Suzuki Baleno’s price range starts at 5.42 lakh and goes up to 8.42 lakh.
