This Is The First 2020 Hyundai Creta With Modified Interior

Hyundai Creta used to be the most popular SUV in the Indian market, before its cousin Kia Seltos came along. The Kia SUV managed to woo everyone with its sporty exterior, comfy interiors, and brilliant powertrains. Now though, the Creta is back as a new-generation model, and the scales seem to be tipping in the Hyundai’s favour. Deliveries of the 2020 Creta have already commenced, and some buyers have already customised their vehicles, like the one we have here.

This mod job has been performed by Car Stylein, a car customisation shop based in New Delhi. Readers of IndianAuto would remember the name from our previous stories. The same people were responsible for the first modified Kia Seltos in the country as well!

Just like with the Seltos, the Creta receives extremely premium-looking custom interiors. The colour scheme is now dual-tone, light-brown and black. The dashboard is now soft-touch for the most part. The seats look extra padded, to add to the passenger comfort, and look absolutely gorgeous. As the Creta doesn’t offer leather seats, this does seem like a worthy upgrade.

A similar leather treatment has been given to the A-pillars and the centre armrest for the front row. The door panels also look extremely pretty, with soft-touch elements added for a better feel. There is ample use of leather here as well, and the colour combination works well here, but in all honesty, we prefer the interiors of the Seltos better. There’s something about wood inserts that screams “beautiful” to the beholder.

2020 Hyundai Creta Launch & Price (Hindi) | Better Deal Than Seltos?

As for the stock 2020 Hyundai Creta, it is an extremely impressive car. The new SUV now features the latest design trends that manufacturers have been following in recent years. The front features vertically-split LED headlamps, LED DRLs, and a huge front grill. At the rear, the taillamp design is made to mirror the headlights. The engines on offer are the same as the Seltos, a 1.5-litre petrol motor, a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel, and a 1.4-litre turbo-petrol. Competitors to the Creta include Kia Seltos, Maruti S-Cross, Tata Harrier, MG Hector, Nissan Kicks and Renault Captur.
