2020 Hyundai Verna Facelift Seen Inside Out in Fresh Images

The India-spec Hyundai Verna has been officially revealed in the new skin a few days back. As shown in the pictures, the 2020 Hyundai Verna facelift will feature subtle cosmetical upgrades on the outside and inside. The Russian-spec Verna looks quite different from the china-spec car. It is the same Hyundai Verna, which will be offered to the Indian customers. Outside, the 2020 Verna facelift looks quite elegant and sporty.

The front profile of the sedan looks quite sharp, and it now employs a new angular honey-comb mesh grille along with an edgier bumper. The illumination duties are now handled by a new-looking headlamp cluster, which is now full-LED units. Moreover, the new model also features new fog lamp housing along with redesigned air intake. The side profile of the updated sedan now gets a new set of alloy wheels. The rear section of the 2020 Verna facelift employs fresh bumper and fake diffuser. Moreover, the taillamp housing employs new graphic design.

Inside, the 2020 Hyundai Verna gets a new 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system along with central air vents and silver-coloured A/C vent adjuster. Moreover, the virtual fully-digital instrument console is not seen in this model. The upcoming model of Hyundai Verna will also feature electrically adjustable front seats along with remote engine ignition function. This function can be used to warm-up the motor in advance in cold weather conditions. In Russia, the Hyundai Verna is offered in four distinctive variants namely- Active, Active Plus, Comfort and Elegance. A special edition of Hyundai Verna is also offered in the Russian markets.

The Russia-spec Hyundai Verna is powered by a 1.4-litre petrol mill, which develops power and torque outputs of 99.66 PS and 132.4 Nm. The sedan also comes fitted with a more powerful 1.6-litre, petrol unit that produces 123 PS of power and 150.7 Nm of twisting force. The transmission duties are performed by 6-speed MT and AT.
