The facelift version of the Verna will come with a heavily-updated exterior

Hyundai Verna looks unrecognizable with a redesigned fascia. The old grille is replaced by a sharper and more aggressive unit. The sleek headlights are connected with the grille, forming a V-shaped flow on the front face. The headlight-grille block together with the sharp-looking foglight housing gives the new Verna a bold look and a pronounced road presence. The headlights of the Verna comprise of separate light housings, including the main headlights with projector, turn indicators, and park lamps. The bumper is restyled to look sporty and sharper. It gets silver elements around the fog lights as well as a black diffuser.

To the rear of the new Verna, there is a set of new taillights which are bridged to each other by a thin red line. The rear end also deploys chrome inserts for the bumper. On the other hand, the side profile stays mostly unchanged, apart from the new set of wheels. There are two types of wheels seen on the spy shots. The high-end variants are expected to the get dual-tone alloy wheels while the lower-range variants are likely to get monotone alloy wheels.
