The current Renault Duster is offered with two engine options – a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated inline-4 petrol engine and a 1.5-litre turbocharged inline-4 diesel engine. The former is capable of producing 106 PS and 142 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. In similar news, Renault India will also be offering these new turbocharged petrol mills in other models as well. The Triber is expected to be the second car to get the new 1.3 engine, but detuned for less power and higher fuel economy. This engine will also power the new sub-4-metre SUV, the HBC, which is currently under development. As for the 2020 Duster, prices are expected to begin from Rs. 13 lakh mark.
