2021 Toyota Innova Crysta Facelift Prices Announced - WEEKLY NEWS ROUNDUP

2021 Toyota Innova Crysta facelift was recently launched in India. The new facelift Innova Crysta is available in three trims, GX, VX and ZX. These trims are priced from Rs 16.26 lakh to Rs 24.33 lakh (ex-showroom).

Upon the arrival of the new Toyota Innova Crysta facelift, the Japanese car manufacturer has increased the prices of the MPV by up to Rs 70,000. It is described by Toyota that facelifted Toyota Innova Crysta gets “a bold design and practicality of MPV elevating its unique personality”. Exteriorly, 2021 Toyota Innova Crysta gets some refreshing styling elements. On the front end, in place of the old grille, there is a brand-new trapezoidal piano-black grille with chrome finish. On the higher variants, it comes with LED fog lamps. On the side profile, it features new 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. New Sparkling Black Crystal Shine is also added to the colour scheme list.

On the inside, Toyota Innova Crysta gets a bigger Smart Playcast touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compared to the outgoing version. The top-spec ZX trim comes exclusively with Camel tan colour upholstery. Another highlight of the facelift model is the addition of new connectivity features including rear-time vehicle tracking, park location tracking, geofencing and more.

In terms of safety, the facelifted Innova Crysta gets front clearance sonar with MID display as well as 7 airbags, hill start assist, vehicle stability control and front parking sensor

2021 Toyota Innova Crysta keeps the same powertrain settings. It comes with either a 2.7-litre petrol engine or a 2.4-litre diesel unit. The petrol unit is capable of making 166 BHP while the latter is good for 150 Bhp. Both engines are offered with two transmission choices: a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
