Ford Offers Discount Of Up To Rs 1.25 Lakh On Aspire, Freestyle and EcoSport

This month, the American manufacturer Ford will offer a fleet of attractive discount offers across its range. The current portfolio of Ford includes six models, namely Ford Figo, Freestyle, Aspire, EcoSport, Endeavour and Mustang. This time around, there are three models included on the discount scheme – Ford Aspire, Freestyle and EcoSport. All of which are 2018 models. The discount number will be different from models to models, variants to variants. But the most beneficial options by far could go up to Rs. 1.25 lakh.

Only Ford Aspire 2018 Trend, Trend Plus and Titanium will be offered the discount benefit

Ford Aspire 2018 is offered with a maximum discount of Rs. 1.25 lakh on the Trend, Trend Plus and Titanium. However, not every car on the range is available with markdown. Only models with White Gold, Oxford White, Moondust Silver, Canyon Ridge and Smoke Grey exterior colour get the discount benefit. This model comes solely with the diesel-manual powertrain.

Ford will also offer the same discount benefit on the Ford Ecosport, the popular sub-compact SUV. Both the diesel manual and petrol automatic configuration are included in the discount scheme. However, on the diesel range, the benefit is limited to Titanium Signature variant, which is now cut down from production, in Canyon Ridge, Diamond White and Smoke Grey only. Notably, recently, Ford has already revised the pricing of the EcoSport for more affordable options. Besides, a new Thunder variant is also added to the line-up, in place of the Signature trim. Recently, Ford is working on the new Ecosport which is co-developed with Mahindra. The new model is expected to make its way to the market in 2020.

The maximum 1.25 discount is also available on the Ford Freestyle. The 2018 model of the Ford Freestyle only gets the diesel manual powertrain only. Only the Trend and Titanium trims receive the discount benefit. The discount also covers certain colour options, including, White Gold, Oxford White, Moondust Silver, Canyon Ridge and Smoke Grey.

All three models are powered by the 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces the maximum power of 100 BHP. This diesel engine is mated with a 5-speed manual option. Apart from this option, the Ford EcoSport 2018 also comes with a petrol automatic powertrain. This configuration includes a 123 BHP 1.5-litre three-cylinder petrol unit and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
