GMW Haval all-new SUV codenamed as B06 has been recently unveiled before its official launch. The upcoming SUV will be based on an all-new platform.

GWM’s subsidiary brand Haval has recently revealed an all-new SUV internally codenamed as B06. The SUV is expected to hit the global market by the end of this year. The upcoming SUV will be based on an all-new platform. The SUV has been unveiled ahead of its official launch, that’s why not much is known about the new Haval B06. The pictures suggest that the SUV could be based on the ladder-frame chassis, but the new SUV entering the market are shifting towards monocoque architecture. Thus, it invites some confusion about its underpinnings. Talking about its looks, the Haval B06 looks capable enough to do some good amount of off-roading. One can expect the SUV to be offered with an optional four-wheel-drive layout.

The Haval B06 will feature rugged lines along with the prominent wheel arches, which are created by Haval’s VP, and Global Design Director, Phil Simmons. Before joining the GMW group in 2016, he was working with Land Rover as their design director. Phil has also helped the carmaker in creating 2017 Velar and 2016 Evoque. The carmaker’s ongoing range of engines includes two turbo-petrol motors. One of which displaces 1500cc, while the bigger one displaces 2000cc. The upcoming Haval B06 will likely be propelled by one of these engine options. From a past few months, the SUV has been snapped several times on public roads while wearing heavy camo. However, this is the first time, it has been spotting without any.
