Honda is currently offering the Amaze with discounts of up to Rs. 32,000, which comprises of extended warranty of 5 years, 3 year AMC program, and an exchange bonus of Rs. 20,000.
The nationwide lockdown affected the auto sales to an extent that carmakers registered the lowest figure till date in April this year. However, the government is now lifting the lockdown to allow firms to resume operations. To gain a sales momentum, carmakers are offering attractive benefits on their products to attract more buyers. On this note, Honda, which has been offering discounts of up to Rs. 1.00 lakh on the City, is now even offering benefits of up to Rs. 32,000 on the Amaze. The manufacturer is offering an exchange bonus of Rs. 20,000 along with a warranty of 5 years and unlimited kilometres.

As standard, the Amaze is offered with a warranty of 3 years with unlimited kilometres. But, as part of the new promotional scheme, the brand has extended the duration of the warranty to 5 years. However, for those who cannot avail the exchange bonus, they will get a 3 year AMC maintenance plan with their purchase. Honda offers Amaze with 2 transmission options – 5-speed MT and a CVT automatic. However, this offer is only valid on the purchase of CVT automatic variants.
Talking of the engines, the Amaze can be had either with a 1.2L petrol engine or a 1.5L oil burner. The smaller 1200cc unit is capable of generating a peak power output of 90 PS and max. torque of 160 Nm. The bigger 1500cc turbocharged diesel motor, on the other hand, puts out 100 PS of peak power and 200 Nm of max. torque. The ARAI rated fuel efficiency that petrol and diesel motors return are 18.6 kmpl and 24.7 kmpl, respectively.

The Amaze is a decently loaded car. It comes equipped with a slew of safety features such as dual front airbags, seat belt reminders, high-speed alerts, seat belts with pre-tensioners, ISOFIX child seat mounts, engine immobilizer, and reverse parking sensors as standard. However, the higher-end models also get a reverse parking camera.
