Showrooms of Honda Car Indian will adopt a new appearance and new customer interface in the upcoming years. Here are the full details

In the next three years, Honda Car Indian will demand reforms in their network of over 350 dealerships throughout the country. To refresh their brand identity, all of their showrooms will adopt a new design style, inside and outside. Moreover, the customer interface will also be rearranged.

Honda’s overhaul scheme will be carried out through the period of three years, and by 2022, all Honda showroom in 271 cities will have been going under reconstruction. This plan is estimated to cost Honda an Rs-270-crore-worth investment. On average, each of its showrooms will be registered with around 60 lakh to 1.1 crores of investment.

Upon receiving corporate identity changes, all the dealership facility will adopt a new colour scheme as well as a fresh interior design style. Honda will revamp their showrooms to look more futuristic and minimalist. In every dealership, different sections are lined out for displaying cars and for communicating and interacting with customers. Especially the customer interaction section will wear a premium and lounge-like design, creating a friendly and chill atmosphere.

Apart from the architecture style, these showrooms also deploy modern digital interfaces, using high-definition 75-inch LED screen to give the customers visual explanation for their products.

On other parts of Honda Cars India’s scheme, the firm is going to launch ‘iWorkshop’, a digital management system where customers could find all the information about the whole workshop process. More specially, the platform will provide needed information in clear and easy-to-understand form for customers. Some features of iWorkshop are tablet check-in procedure, estimate via emails, bay management, approval and online payment.
