Hyundai Motor Extends Mobility Membership to All Customers

In the beginning, Hyundai Motor India Ltd offered the Hyundai Mobility Membership to just its new car buyers. Recently, however, the South Korean car company has confirmed that it will extend the Mobility Membership to all its customers.

Under this program, Hyundai has partnered with 31 other companies across different business segments, covering different aspects of customers’ daily lives, from mobility solutions, car care, hospitality, fitness, shopping and more. The South Korean carmaker has worked with some popular brands like Biotique, Croma, Cure Fit, Ferns n Petals, Manipal Hospitals, Mylescars, The Man Company, VLCC and Yatra. By providing this program, Hyundai is able to make a huge improvement in growing its relationship with customers.

To avail these benefits provided under this program, Hyundai car owners will have to download Hyundai Mobility Membership applications for their phones. During the registration process, users are required to submit ownership details including the Vehicles Identification Number (VIN), owners details, and car details.

‘Hyundai Mobility Membership’ is integrated into its online platform called "Click to Buy". This is an end-to-end sales platform which allows customers to purchase Hyundai cars online. By combining the Mobility Membership into the one sales platform, Hyundai can grow the user base of this platform. Moreover, to constantly improve the customer experience, Hyundai will regularly update fresh benefits and expand the partner list. Hyundai is currently offering a line-up 11 models including some popular cars like Hyundai Creta, Hyundai Venue, i20 and Grand i10 Nios.
