The sub-four-meter compact SUV market has long been dominated by the Maruti Vitara Brezza. The monthly sales of this segment-leading model are about 12,000 units. At this sales mark, the Brezza is well ahead of the second-leading model, Tata Nexon. Last month, Tata Nexon registered a total sale of 5,616 units. Aiming at 7,000-8,000 unit sales each month could be easily translated as targeting at the second position in the segment.
