Kia Sonet received 6,523 booking on the first day, making the new record. The launch of the Kia Sonet will be held in September.
Kia Sonet is slated to launch next month. Ahead of the launch date, Kia Motor has started receiving bookings for the Kia Seltos from August 20. Kia received 6,523 orders on the first day, breaking the record for the highest number of bookings on the opening day. This initial response gives a strong indicator that the Kia Sonet will be another best-selling vehicle from the South Korean carmaker after the Kia Seltos.
Booking for the Kia Sonet is available from August 20
Booking is now available via Kia Motors India’s official website. Offline booking is also available at Kia’s network of dealerships across the nation. The booking is available at the deposit of Rs 25,000. It’s noteworthy that before the official booking is available, some Kia dealerships have received unofficial bookings for this vehicle.
Kia Sonet is expected to follow the successful path of the Kia Seltos which has become the best selling vehicle in its class. Kia is so determined to win the segment-leading position in the sub-four-meter SUV space that it loads the Sonet with a wide range of upmarket and segment-first features.

The number of transmission option is even higher. Kia Sonet comes with five transmission option, including 2 manual, 2 automatic and one iMT gearbox.
Kia Sonet will be available in Tech Line and GT Line. There are five variants on the Tech Line, HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX and HTX+ while the GT Line is exclusively offered in the top-of-the-line GTX+ variant. Kia Sonet is expected to be priced from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 13 lakh.
