Limited Edition Maruti Swift Launched With Sporty Body Kit

A new Maruti Swift Limited Edition has been launched in India and one can own one by paying Rs 24,990 over the regular model of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios-rival

India’s biggest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Swift limited edition in our market. The automaker has introduced the new Limited Edition model of the car to boost its sales during the upcoming festive season. Maruti Suzuki is also offering various benefits, discounts and bonuses on its vehicles. The new model of the hatchback gets some cosmetic and feature updates on outside and inside. The new limited edition model of the car comes with an all-black theme, which enhances the visual appeal of the car. It gets piano black body kit, which consists of a sporty looking spoiler, bodyside moulding, door visor and back treatment around the grille, tail-lights and fog lamps.

Inside the cabin, the new Maruti Swift Limited Edition gets flat-bottom steering wheel along with sporty round buttons. Moreover, it also gets new seat covers.

Commenting on the launch, Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales) Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, “Today, we are happy to announce the launch of the bolder and sportier Swift Limited Edition to add a boost of excitement amidst such unprecedented times.”

Maruti Swift is powered by a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, NA petrol mill, which is capable of shredding out 82bhp of power and 113 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT. The new Limited Edition is available all the variants at an added cost of Rs 24,990.

The regular model of the car is offered at a starting price of Rs 5.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base trim and goes all the way up to Rs 8.02 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the top-spec variant. Inside, it comes loaded with features like a touchscreen infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, automatic AC, semi-digital instrument console, steering mounted controls and much more. Last month, Maruti Swift was the top-selling car in India and the company’s main aim behind launch the new Limited Edition model is to maintain the sales momentum.
