Have You Checked Out Madhuri Dixit's Modified Toyota Innova Crysta From DC?

Toyota Innova Crysta is one of the most reliable set of wheels currently available in the country. It is also loved for the comfortable ride quality it offers. However, those who feel that a stock Innova Crysta cannot suffice their requirement of premium-ness and luxury often take up the aftermarket route for a custom interior like the one by DC2. DC2 is the automotive design firm of Dilip Chhabria. It has recently been named as DC2 after the original DC Design Design brand suffered some major financial crisis. The design firm has recently modified an Innova Crysta for the Bollywood actress – Madhuri Dixit.

The car features Rolls-Royce's Starlight inspired roof liner.

This is not the first time DC Design has pepped a car for a Bollywood celebrity. The automotive design firm made an RV for the Shahrukh Khan in recent past. The modifier is mainly praised for its art of revamping interiors of the cars, as the most cars modified by DC Design sports weird and tacky exterior. Thus, the Innova Crysta that has been modified for Madhuri Dixit has only been tweaked from the inside.

Talking of the changes, it now features a beige theme for the upholstery with contrast stitching. Though, the interiors have been wrapped in the beige to almost every extent apart from the roof liner. It gets powered captain seats on the second row with integrated leg supports. The seats also feature independent entertainment screens for both the passengers and they are separated by a massive centre console that houses cupholders and buttons for various seat functions.

The top-end variants of Innova Crysta feature roof-mounted ambient lighting, but that has been modified to another level on this Innova Crysta. It gets a Rolls-Royce’s Starlight inspired roof liner. Of course, it does not depict constellations as the Rolls-Royce’s Starlight roof liner but does add a premium touch to the car’s interior.

The MPV now gets captain chairs in the second row with leg supports and independent entertainment displays.

As of now, we don't know which engine powers this particular Innova Crysta, but the MPV is offered with 2 engine options – 2.7L petrol and 2.4L diesel. The former is good for whipping out 166 PS/245 Nm, while the latter churns out 150 PS/360 Nm. The transmission options available with these engines are a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic with sequential shift.
