Clear images at the dealers revealed that the upcoming Mahindra XUV300 will come to offer chrome accessory along with its launch.
Coming as the most-awaited vehicle in the Indian market, the Mahindra XUV300 is scheduled to go on sale on February 14, 2019. While a couple of styling and mechanical details have been revealed through a TVC released by the carmaker, we are yet to see the car in full.

From the outside, the upcoming Mahindra XUV300 will come up with chrome pack as an option that might be available across its trims. The chrome garnishes are added to the upper and lower front grille, door handles, rear view mirrors, tail lamps, and the lower portion of doors to further enhance the SUV’s premium.
The XUV300 is slated to come with 6 body paint options
As per the automaker, the all-new Mahindra XUV300 will be available in four trims comprising the W4, W6, W8 and W8 (O) along with 6 colour options which are all displayed at the dealership meet. All the grades will be packed with power windows, all-wheel disc brakes, anti-lock braking system, dual front airbags, LED tail lamps. Meanwhile, the top-spec W8 (O) will be better-equipped with seven airbags, rear-parking camera, an infotainment touchscreen and dual-zone automatic climate control.

Under the hood, the upcoming XUV300 will house two engine variants on its heart. The petrol unit is bound to hit the market with a new 1.2-litre turbo engine delivering 200 Nm of peak torque. Besides, the diesel unit takes a 1.5-litre turbo motor, as same as the Marazzo sibling, which is good for 123 PS of max power and 300 Nm of torque. Both the mills will come paired with a 6-gear manual transmission along with an AMT unit to come at a later stage.

Expected to get a starting price of Rs 7.5 Lakh (ex-showroom) in India, the Mahindra XUV300 is likely to enter a competition with the Tata Nexon, Ford Ecosport and Maruti Vitara Brezza. The car is also in the pipeline to be exported to the South African market as well.
