Maruti S-Presso Spied Ahead Of Its Launch

Maruti Suzuki's upcoming hatchback, the Maruti S-Presso has been spied again while undergoing tests on the Indian roads, the car its expected to launch by the upcoming festive season.

Many of you may know that our country's biggest car manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki, will soon launch its all-new hatchback, S-Presso into the Indian market later this year. The S-Presso will be the production-spec version of the Future-S concept which was showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. Moreover, the production ready version of the car has been spotted, several times getting tested on the Indian roads. Here are the latest images of Maruti S-Presso from Vidit Jain, who noticed the car getting tested again on our roads. The hatchback is expected to get launched by the upcoming festive season. Maruti S-Presso has an SUV-inspired design, and it will compete with the likes of Renault Kwid and KUV100NXT.

The S-Presso will be the production-spec version of the Future-S concept which was showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo.

The car will get retailed via Maruti Suzuki Area dealerships and, it will sit above WagonR in the company's portfolio. Maruti S-Presso will be the second vehicle from the brand which is produced by the Indian division of Suzuki. The upcoming hatchback will offer a higher ground clearance along with lively looks to attract the youngsters. The first vehicle which developed by the Indian arm of Suzuki was Vitara Brezza. The test mule of Maruti S-Presso is highly camouflaged. The front end of the Maruti hatchback will feature some modern-looking elements like LED DRL. At the rear, we expect the E-Presso to get LED taillight, reverse parking sensors along with Maruti badging. The interior of the car is still undercover but, it will likely to accommodate a touchscreen infotainment system, multi-function steering wheel, automatic climate control and much more.

This is the second vehicle by the brand which is produced by the Indian division of Suzuki. 

 In terms of safety, the car is expected to come loaded with standard features like Speed alert system, airbags and ABS with EBD. The hatchback will get powered by a petrol engine option only. The Maruti S-Presso will get propelled by a 1.2-litre unit which does the same duty in the WagonR. The engine will come adjoined to a manual and automatic gearbox.
