Maruti Suzuki has launched a new loyalty program for the existing customers. The main aim on the carmaker is to increase customer loyalty and its sales.
India’s biggest automaker Maruti Suzuki has recently introduced a special loyalty program named as ‘Maruti Suzuki Rewards’ for all the customers in a bid to increase its sales numbers. This program is divided into three different tiers, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Also, the program has been launched across all the three sales channels that operate under Maruti Suzuki umbrella, namely Arena, Nexa, and True Value.
This program is cardless, and the customers have to register themselves on the Maruti Suzuki's website
The existing customers can use these rewards from the points they’ve earned via every transaction done at these Maruti outlets and then they can get benefits in terms of purchasing a new car, servicing existing cars, customer referrals, opting genuine spare parts & accessories, enrolling in Maruti Suzuki’s driving school and much more. The present AutoCard and MyNexa packages may be transitioned to Maruti Suzuki Rewards at no more costs or loss in points. Moreover, in addition to the tier mentioned earlier, active users of the Maruti Suzuki Rewards will also get a special badge. Through various application features, the carmaker aims to enhance user interaction. The winners of all sessions will be eligible to avail all the exclusive benefits and offers.
Kenichi Ayukawa, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Maruti Suzuki India, said, "Maruti Suzuki Rewards reinforces our commitment to offer a bouquet of delightful services to customers. This new loyalty program takes this spirit forward and brings together some of the finest benefits. It offers flexibility to the members to use the benefits as per their need and climb up the tier ladder of the loyalty program to avail special and exclusive benefits. The Maruti Suzuki Rewards program will be accepted at all Maruti Suzuki dealerships across India. The rewards can be used for redemption against vehicle service, purchase of accessories, genuine parts, extended warranty and insurance or enrolling with our driving schools."
This program is cardless, and the existing Maruti buyers have to register themselves on the carmaker’s official website. All the important details will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number. The automaker believes that this program could increase customer loyalty and also its sales. Due to the current situation, the Indian automobile industry is going through bad times. As compared to another carmaker in India, Maruti Suzuki is still performing pretty well.
