Maruti Vitara Brezza Sports Limited Edition Launched In India At INR 7.98 Lakh

The Maruti Vitara Brezza Sports Limited Edition has just been officially launched in India at a price of INR 7.98 lakh. The vehicle comes with considerable aesthetic upgrades over the regular model.

The Maruti Vitara Brezza has been dominating the compact SUV segment for quite some time now with up to 4.35 lakh units of the vehicle having been sold since its launch in 2016. Maruti recently has decided to expand the Vitara Brezza’s lineup with the introduction of the all-new Maruti Vitara Brezza Sports Limited Edition to the Indian auto market at an starting price of INR 7.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Maruti Vitara Brezza Sports Limited Edition has just been launched in India.

The updates on the Vitara Brezza Sports are limited to only aesthetic matters with a view to improving its appearance. This special edition model comes with a flexible accessory package which can be modified any Vitara Brezza variants. This package offers a wide array of both exterior and interior accessories available for customers which include body graphics, wheel arch kit, garnish in the front and the rear, side cladding, dual coloured door sill-guards, new seat covers, design mats, leather steering cabin cover, neck cushion, etc.

The Maruti Vitara Brezza Sports Limited Edition is available with a flexible accessory package which can be equipped in any Vitara Brezza variants.

The largest Indian auto manufacturer is also preparing to introduce the facelifted Vitara Brezzza. The compact SUV is currently being powered by a 1.3-litre DDiS 200 diesel motor which can produce a maximum power/torque figure of 89 BHP/200 Nm and is mated to either a 5-speed MT gearbox or a 5-speed AMT unit. This engine has started to show its age and fails to comply with the upcoming BS-VI emission standards.

According to rumours, the all-new Maruti Vitara Brezza will be launched in India with a 1.2-litre k12 petrol motor which is compliant with the BS-VI emission norms. Despite its decision to discontinue the production of the diesel-powered models, the brand still can provide its 1.5-litre DDiS 225 diesel unit in the new Maruti Vitara Brezza if there is sufficient demand.
