Maruti Suzuki has finally commenced accepting bookings for the 2020 S-Cross petrol. The new model is expected to hit the Indian shores in the coming weeks.

India's biggest carmaker Maruti Suzuki discontinued all the diesel models as soon as the new stringent emission norms came into effect. The carmaker decided to update the Brezza (already launched in the market) and S-Cross with a petrol powertrain. Moreover, both the cars were also showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo. Maruti launched the new Brezza at the expo itself, while the S-Cross is yet to go on sale in the Indian market. The new S-Cross petrol is expected to hit the domestic market in June this year, and a few dealerships have already started accepting booking for the updated crossover at a token amount of Rs 11,000.
