Mercedes-Benz Indian has been ranked highest luxury car brand on the JD Power CSI 2018 with 903 points.
The JD Power 2018 India Customer Service Index (Luxury) Study has been conducted recently to figure out who is the most favourable brand in the Indian market. According to its results, Mercedes-Benz Indian with 903 points stands at the first position in the after-sales services satisfaction over other celebrated luxury car brands in the country.

It is a massive survey implemented on luxury car owners who visit the service centre for repairing and maintenance work. The German luxury automotive manufacturers have achieved the highest place in the J.D Power SSI Study after two-year consecutively took the first rank in the study in 2014 and 2015.
The automotive company achieved astonishingly 903 points in the survey
Five factors which are overseen in the after-sale satisfaction of new-car owners of the luxury segment - service quality (30%), service initiation (18%), service facility (18%), service advisor (17%) and vehicle pick-up (17%).
Speaking about the company’s success, Martin Schwenk who is currently titled as the Managing Director CEO of Mercedes-Benz India said that
