MG Hector Dual Delight has been launched in India at Rs 16.84 lakh that is Rs 20,000 pricier than the equivalent monotone variant. Check out the latest details on MG Hector Dual Delight design, features, prices and more.
After the introduction of MG Hector Special Anniversary Edition a while ago, MG Motor launches the latest Hector Dual Delight variant in India. As its name suggests, the new MG Hector Dual Delight is basically the range-topping Sharp variant of the Hector with added two dual-tone paint schemes, namely Glaze Red- Starry Black and Candy White-Starry Black that help much in escalating the overall cosmetic appeal of the vehicle. The new MG Hector Dual Delight is priced at Rs 16.84 lakh (ex-showroom) that is Rs 20,000 costlier than the corresponding single-tone version.
MG Hector Dual Delight offers two dual-tone colour options, namely Candy White - Starry Black and Glaze Red - Starry Black.
Design-wise, the newly-launched dual-tone variant of the Hector looks much more attractive with a black roof, blacked-out A-pillars and ORVMs as well. Apart from the cosmetic revisions, there’s no other change on the MG Hector Dual Delight. Thus, the prominent features like a panoramic sunroof, a 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, etc. are carried forward in the new Hector Dual Delight variant.
Powering the MG Hector Dual Delight are the same 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 2.0-litre diesel motor. Also, there’s a mild-hybrid system available with the petrol mill. The transmission duties on the SUV are handled by a 6-speed MT and a 7-speed DCT unit as before.
MG Hector Dual Delight is priced at Rs 16.84 lakh that demands a premium of Rs 20,000 over the mono-tone version.
With the new launches, MG Motor is attempting to push its sales figure to a higher level as the festive season is just nearby. With that in mind, it comes as no surprise that the company also launches a dual-tone variant for the Hector Plus in the coming time. In another development, MG is gearing up for the arrival of the Gloster SUV which will aggressively compete against the well-established ladder-on-frame SUVs like Toyota Fortuner or Ford Endeavour.
