MG Motor To Showcase Cars And SUVs At Its Roadshow in India
2019 will mark the entry of MG Motors into the Indian market. To introduce and promote their products for the Indian customers, MG Motors will make a series of roadshows around India. The roadshows will go to ten major cities, including Gurgaon and will proceed to Noida, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi. It will start at Gurgaon on December 14 this year and the last show will take place in Delhi on March 17 2019.
MG Motors will create this event to showcase their India-spec models along with other international products, including MG RX5, MG ZS, MG HS, and MG3. However, the line-up will not include the new SUV which will be MG Motors’ first car to enter the India market. This car has recently undergone testing on Indian roads. It comes with either a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol unit or an FCA-sourced 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel motor. Both of which is compliant with the upcoming BSVI emission norms. MG Motors promises to price their five-seater SUV competitively as MG got the SUV heavily localized. This SUV will take on the likes of Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster.

The roadshows will allow Indian enthusiasts a chance to experience MG Motor’s vehicles. Along with the roadshow opened for the normal customers, the British brand also holds a separate event for dealers to take part. The Dealer Road Show will be taking place in Mumbai on March 28th and in Delhi on April 6th and the last show will come to Bengaluru on April 16th.
