New Tata Tigor EV Sedan with 306 km Range Launched

The new Tata Tigor EV has been introduced in 3 variants - XE, XM, and XZ+ - with the prices starting at Rs 11.99 lakh.

Tata Motors has today launched the new Tata Tigor EV. The electric sedan has an ARAI-certified range of 306 km. It has also secured an impressive 4-star safety rating in the GNCAP tests.

The new Tata Tigor EV has been introduced in 3 variants - XE, XM, and XZ+ - with the prices starting at Rs 11.99 lakh. Tata Motors is also providing a dual-tone model that is based on the range-topping trim. It retails at Rs 13.14 lakh. The electric sedan is available with an 8 year and 160,000 KM battery and motor warranty. Some of its key features include electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, smart key with push-button start, portable charging cable, etc.

The new Tigor EV has an extended ARAI certified range of 306 kms (under standard testing conditions), making it more desirable for personal commute. Armed with stunning design, class-leading safety coupled with comfort and thrilling performance, the Tigor EV delivers a peak power output of 55 kW and a peak torque of 170 Nm and is powered by a 26-kWh liquid-cooled, high energy density battery pack and an IP 67 rated battery pack and motor to make it weather and worry-proof.
