Nissan has a limited presence in the Indian market. At the moment, the Japanese car manufacturer only provides two offerings, including the sub-four-meter SUV Nissan Kicks and supercar Nissan GT-R. This Diwali, buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 55,000 on Nissan’s single offer for the mass market, Nissan Kicks.
The discount scheme for the BSVI Nissan Kicks includes an exchange bonus of Rs 40,000 and a festive discount of up to Rs 15,000. In total, the buyers can enjoy the maximum benefit of Rs 55,000. These offers will be available until November 15. It should be noted that the discount amount might vary in different dealerships and locations.
Nisan Kicks was first launched last year. The SUV comes in 4 trims, XL, XV, XV Premium and XV Premium Plus, and 8 variants. About the engine options, Nissan is only providing petrol engines for the Nissan Kicks. The 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine is capable of making 154 Bhp and a maximum torque of 254 Nm. There is also a bigger 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine which churns out 105 Bhp and 142 Nm. About the transmission, there are three options available, a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual and CVT.

About the features, the Nissan Kicks is well-equipped with a long list of features and functions. On the inside, the SUV is provided with an 8-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, traction control, cruise control, and hill-start assists. In terms of safety, Nissan Kicks is fitted with dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, brake assist, as well as a speed-sensing auto-lock.
Nissan’s SUV is rivalling against Hyundai Creta, Maruti S-Cross and Renault Captur. Nissan Kicks is currently priced from Rs 9.49 lakh to Rs 14.15 lakh. With the attractive discount of Rs 50,000, Diwali can be a good opportunity to purchase the Nissan Kicks.
