Nissan Kicks is all set to be launched in its BS-6 avatar. We recently reported that it will get a new 1.3L petrol engine with the update. However, Nissan has now revealed that the car will get the new HR13 1.3L engine but the older 1.5L N/A petrol motor will also be available as an option. Co-developed by Daimler, this engine even powers models like the Mercedes A-Class and GLA-Class, albeit, in a higher state of tune. Still, even in the lower state of tune, the motor goes on to make the Kicks more powerful than 1.4-litre turbo-petrol versions of Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
