Renault Kiger will derive power from a 1.0-litre petrol and turbo petrol mill. It is expected to hit the Indian shores in the coming months.

The local subsidiary of French automaker Renault has finally revealed the production-spec version of Kiger in India. This simply shows that the official launch of the company’s all-new sub-4-meter SUV is not that far. The automaker has unveiled its specs, features to be offered in top-end variant, design, interiors, engine and transmission options. The carmaker revealed the concept version of the SUV last year, which gave us a fair amount of idea like what to expect from the production-spec version. Moreover, Renault also said that the production-spec model of the SUV will be 80 per cent identical to that of the prototype version.
