Renault K-ZE is an affordable electric hatchback for customers with a small budget

Its internal combustion counterpart is known for being a very city-friendly small car with an affordable price tag. It seems that the electric version will follow the same strategy. Moreover, the electric version can be a clearer, environment-friendly alternative for the Renault Kwid. The affordable price tag of this electric vehicle can also attract a wide customer band from the hatchback segment in India. Plus, the government of India also promises to implement some favourable initiatives for the EV segment. For those reasons, the Renault K-ZE has been under consideration for the Indian market for quite a while. If the French manufacturer agrees to launch the K-ZE in India, the electric Kwid is not likely to introduce any sooner than 2022.
