Skoda Launches Corporate Edition of The Kodiaq At a Lower Price

Skoda India’s only SUV, the Kodiaq, receives a new, cheaper variant called the ‘Corporate Edition’. Unlike previous Corporate Editions for other cars in its line-up, this one is not limited just existing customers.

Skoda India has launched the ‘Corporate Edition’ of its Kodiaq SUV. Similar ‘Corporate Edition’ launches had happened before with the Skoda Superb and Octavia as well. The Kodiaq Corporate Edition is just the base ‘Style’ trim, but with a flat ₹2.38 lakh discount on the base price. Unlike the Superb and Octavia Corporate Editions, this one is not limited to existing Skoda customers. Anyone who wishes to buy one can do so. The discount only lasts till September 30th, 2019.

Skoda Kodiaq Corporate Edition sports the same equipment and features as the Kodiaq Style trim. It offers three-zone climate control, 12-way adjustable driver seat,12-way adjustable front passenger seat, a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. The car also offers LED headlights with DRLs, LED taillights, 18-inch alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, are electrically adjustable ORVMs. Safety is also top-notch, with 9 airbags, ABS, EBD, cruise control, and standard 4-year warranty which can be extended as per customer’s choice.

The Skoda Kodiaq is only available in a single powertrain configuration. It is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that makes 148 bhp and 340 Nm of max power and torque respectively. The engine is paired to a 7-speed DSG automatic. The Kodiaq’s pricing now begins at ₹32.99 lakh (ex-showroom), which is lower than the previous price of 35.37 lakh. This special price is valid only for the month of September.
