Skoda has introduced its online retail sales platform through which the customers can book Skoda models, including Karoq SUV, Superb facelift and 2020 Rapid, while still staying at home.
After Jeep, Skoda India has recently introduced its online retail sales platform. Last month, the online bookings process were introduced for the Octavia RS245. Now, customers can also book the Rapid 2020, Superb facelift and the upcoming Karoq via this platform. The Czech auto manufacturer has collaborated with 80 dealerships to effectively operate this channel.
The Skoda Karoq can now be booked online, thanks to the new Skoda online retail sales platform.
To use this platform, customers need to opt for their favourite model and click on the ‘Book Now’ option followed by registration. After that, they need to choose a dealership, variant and colour of the car. Once all of these things have been finished, all the details will be shown on the screen to confirm the booking. It is time for the customers to make the payment.
The Skoda Rapid 1.0 turbo gasoline burner can be booked for INR 25,000 while the amount for the Karoq and the Superb is INR 50,000. Once the booking has been confirmed, an SMS and an email which confirm the booking will be sent to the customer. The customer will be contacted by the dealership to discuss the finance options, the paper procedure and the remaining sales. But both of these things can only be done after the lockdown is finished.
In the meantime, the Czech auto manufacturer has also revealed the launch plan for the upcoming petrol version of the Skoda Rapid, the Superb facelift and the Karoq. All of these vehicles made their debut at the Auto Expo 2020 and will be launched in the weeks to come.
