Skoda to launch MySkoda App to enhance the ownership

Skoda India has recently launched the app called MyŠkoda with the aims of redesigning the dealership network, streamlining business processes and introducing innovative customer service initiatives to strengthen its brand presence in India. 

As its India 2.0 project, the Czech manufacturer would continue the next step with a four-year service care package for customers. In particular, the customers will be offered with a comprehensive warranty which are

• Four-year warranty 

• Four years roadside assistance

• Maintenance packages 

Accordingly, Skoda gears up to redesign the sales and service network across the country with the highest priority given to functionality, clear orientation and transparency. 

 The customers will be delivered with a four-year comprehensive warranty

In case a Skoda vehicle is immobilized for several reasons such as 

• Mechanical/electrical failure 

• Flat/weak battery 

• Flat tyre 

• Fuel exhaustion 

• Mislaid key 

• Breakdown and accidents 

The roadside assistance would be available on call, across the country. With the aims to keep the ownership costs low, the company offer the maintenance packages for customers with different models going up to four years or 60,000 km from the purchase date.

The ‘MyŠKODA’ mobile application was launched to deliver a single-window interface between the brand and the customer. The app enables the customers to 

• Book a service appointment

• Locate the nearest dealership facility 

• Access the entire service history 

• Access the itemised billing record

Delivering a single-window interface, ‘MyŠKODA’ enables the customers to do many tasks

There are several different sections on the app including

• Parking Assist

• Service Cost Calculator

• Drive Tribe 

• Accessories Shop

The app is available for download for both of Android and iOS users. It is accessible by not only the Skoda owners but also for people who are desire a Skoda vehicle. Users of the app can book a test drive and even view ongoing offers on various cars through the app.
