Tata Motors had recently-launched its first premium hatchback, Tata Altroz, a while back in India. This Baleno-rival is not only one of the best Tata cars ever, but it is also the safest one as well. Though it is not the safest car by an Indian manufacturer (the title was snatched by the Mahindra XUV300), it is still the safest car in its segment. Apart from that, Tata also offers a plethora of features and equipment on the car. In the video below, the XM trim of the Tata Altroz is explained in detail.

The vehicle in the video above is the petrol-powered version of the Altroz hatchback. The person shooting the walkaround begins by stating all the exterior features available on the XM variant and what it lacks as compared to the next-in-line XT trim. After a detailed explanation, the person then hops inside the first. He begins by sitting in the driver’s seat and breaking-down the equipment on offer. After that, he hops into the rear seat and critiques the space available for the passengers. Overall, it is a very detailed yet easy-to-follow video, detailing everything on offer in the XM trim.

The feature list of the Tata Altroz XM is quite brilliant, even though it is just one level above the base variant. It gets Power Windows, ABS, EBD, reverse parking sensors, Speed-sensing Door-locks, Door Open Warning, ISOFIX Child Seat Mounts, and front fog lamps. Sadly, you don’t get a reverse parking camera and remote door unlocking in this trim. It also comes with 195/55 tyres on 16-inch alloy wheels.
