Tata Harrier Gets Pentacare Warranty Package

The Pentacare warranty package provides 5-year/unlimited kilometre warranty compared to the earlier 2-year/1-lakh-kilometre warranty. The former is available to the customers for INR 25,960 within three months after the vehicle is purchased. The warranty package was introduced just several days after the introduction of the Harrier Dark Edition to the market with a view to improving the customers’ satisfaction with the aftersales service and create more prestige for the Tata Harrier with the increasing competition.

The Pentacare warranty package has just been introduced for the Tata Harrier.

The warranty package includes maintenance services of all the essential components such as the driver information system, air conditioning system, the motor and motor management system, transmission system, fuel system, fuel pump, etc. Furthermore, suspension and clutch-related maintenance can get fully covered as much as 50,000 km.

According to other recent reports, Tata has started to provide the upgrades for the current Harrier. Specifically, the NVH will be adjusted for better sound insulation; the 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system will get new R10.X software update; the steering quality will also be enhanced for better feel, responsiveness, feedback and clutch adjustment.

The Tata Harrier is reported to be receiving component updates.

Commenting on the launch of the Pentacare plan, Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Customer Support, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit (PVBU) in Tata Motors, Mr.SN Barman, stated,  

“In line with our endeavour to provide our customers with excellent services on their purchased TML products, we are delighted to introduce the 5-year Pentacare warranty package for the Tata Harrier. This package covers almost all major maintenance services for the Harrier and aims to provide our customers complete peace of mind during their ownership experience of Harrier.”
