Tata Nexon was the third best-selling SUV in its segment. The automaker has outperformed every sub-4-meter SUV in YoY sales growth

Tata Nexon is one of the best-selling cars in its segment. It rivals with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Mahindra XUV300 and Ford EcoSport. The sub-4-meter SUV segment is among the most competitive segments in India, and many carmakers will soon introduce new models in this segment. Early this year, the automaker introduced the new facelift model of the SUV, which looks identical to that of the Nexon EV. Due to the ongoing situation, the Indian automobile industry is going via some tough times, but the sub-4-meter SUVs are able to pull some decent sales numbers. Last month, Hyundai Venue was the top-selling car in its segment.
