The Global NCAP crash test's result greatly popularises the Nexon nameplate in the auto space

The first footstep toward the safest car nameplate was set in August 2018 when the Tata Nexon was tested under the Safer Cars For India Campaign and achieved an overall 4-star rating in Global NCAP norms. Keeping the commitment of making the best out of the best ones, Tata continues to conduct a bunch of feature upgrades to the sub-4-metre SUV like seatbelt reminder for both driver and co-driver seat. On the other hand, the structural change which contributes largely to the all-around safety of the Nexon has been made carefully, especially to shoot up the protection for front passenger’s knee area. In eventually, the fully designed, engineered and manufactured-in-India Tata Nexon surpasses its own record to be crowned as the leadership of safety and at the same time putting its name on the global map.
