Tata Tiago NRG With Automatic Gearbox Priced At Rs. 6.15 Lakh

Tata Tiago NGR launched in September last year as a buffed-up version of the regular Tiago. Tata Tiago NRG comes with two engine options, 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.05-litre diesel engine. At launch, both of these engines were mated to manual transmission only. Recently, a new automatic-petrol variant is introduced at the price of Rs 6.15 lakh. With the automatic transmission, the new version will be priced higher than the manual-petrol option by Rs 45,000.

Compared with the regular Tiago, the NRG version is designed to look more aggressive. It is added with body cladding on the side, faux skid plates on the rear end and roof rails on the top. Apart from these exterior updates, the Tata Tiago also gets features that actually speaks for a better experience. For example, the NRG gets a raised ground clearance, new reflector headlamps, and 14-inch steel rims.

Besides, Tata Tiago NRG gets the feature list that is equivalent to the top-spec XZA variant on the regular range. Interiorly, the NRG also gets the addition of wheel covers, new fabric upholstery with stitch highlight. Apart from these, it also gets manual air condition, power telescoping steering wheel, height-adjustable driver seat, remote central locking, front and rear power windows and electrically adjustable wing mirrors. To keeping up with the market trend, Tata Tiago will be equipped with the Tata Tiago will also offer a larger 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

Tata Tiago NRG is the butcher version of the normal Tata Tiago 

Tata Tiago NRG’s range is started with the entry-level petrol manual option at the price of Rs. 5.74 lakh. With the automatic gearbox, Tata Tiago NRG rates at 6.15 lakh. At the top of the range, the diesel-manual powertrain is priced at Rs. 6.58 lakh. Tata Tiago NRG is competing directly against Maruti Suzuki Celerio X and the Mahindra KUV100 NXT.
