The new names Maruti has registered sounds quite unique. The first name automaker has registered is Solido, which is an Italian word for solid. A few speculations suggest that Maruti is working on the 7-seater version of WagonR, which is likely to rub shoulders with the likes of Renault Triber. This name can also be used for the electric version of WagonR.

The second name Maruti has registered is Espaco, which is the Portuguese name for space. The carmaker could possibly use this name for a spacious SUV.

Reports suggest that Toyota and Maruti are planning to introduce an all-new MPV in 2023, which will sit above Ertiga in the company’s stable. It could also be used with an all-electric power plant and the name could transform to eSpaco. The third name automaker has registered is Libertas, which is roman for liberty. It would be quite interesting to see how the automaker uses this name. Currently, there are a number of products on which Maruti is working and we can see a lot of them in real by the end of this year.
