Last year, Volkswagen has launched the T-Roc in the Indian market. However, the German car brand only distributed a limited number of this model in our market. The SUV was imported in India under the government’s regulation that allows the foreign car brand to import up to 2,500 units without homologation. Within six months, 1000 units of the first batch were sold out. Recently, Volkswagen revealed that the second batch of Volkswagen T-Roc will embark on the Indian shore soon. Previously, the T-Roc was priced at Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This time around, the price of this SUV has gone up to Rs. 21.35 lakh, which is Rs. 1.36 lakh higher than the initial price.

Even though the price has gone up a bit, it is not the end yet. According to Volkswagen, this is only an introductory price and can be changed later. At the moment, the second batch of Volkswagen T-Roc has not arrived yet. However, interested buyers can book this model at some select VW dealerships for a token amount of Rs. 50,000. The delivery of this model is expected to commence by the end of this month.
