The British automaker, Jaguar, is planning to expand its SUV lineup in India with the launch of the Jaguar E-Pace Compact SUV by early 2019.

The E-Space compact SUV had been revealed by Jaguar last year. The smallest SUV of Jaguar is the modified version of its elder sibling, the F-Pace. Once launched, the E-Space will be the first Jaguar product to be manufactured outside the UK at the Magna Steyr’s plant in Austria. When launched in India, this SUV is expected to attract both the SUV lovers as well as driving enthusiasts and become the flagship product of the company in the country.

While the overall front of the E-Pace looks like the F-Type, the front grille is likely to be identical to the F-Pace. The side profile will come with 21-inch alloy wheels compared to the standard 17-inch ones and a panoramic glass roof. The rear will also take the inspiration from the F-Type, but with new LED tail lamps and novel chicane graphic decorations. The car’s sportiness will be further improved, thanks to the flared wheel arches.
