The same convenience can be applicable for the air conditioning.

For example, you can use one phone for listening while you can enjoy listening to music on the go. Isn’t that interesting?

7. Clutchless Manual Transmission (iMT)

The South Korean carmaker has introduced the iMT (or Clutchless Manual Gearbox) on the Hyundai Venue and its cousin Kia Sonet and now it makes its way to the new Hyundai Elite i20 as well. This is another impressive first-in-segment feature that the 2020 Hyundai i20 has over its competitors in the premium hatch department.

The iMT gearbox in the i20 comes mated to the 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol. It enables the driver to shift the gear manually with a free left leg thanks to the supports of the sensors and actuators. It should be noted that turbo-petrol iMT variant of the i20 also scores well in terms of fuel efficiency with the claimed fuel mileage figure of 20.25 kmpl.

As for the Hyundai Venue, the iMT is the fastest model on the 0 – 100 km/h acceleration run. Stay tuned for our performance review of the 2020 Hyundai i20 for further info.
