From 2020 Hyundai Creta To New Maruti Brezza- Top 5 Unveils At Auto Expo

A host of new cars, like the New Maruti Brezza and Hyundai Creta, were showcased at the Auto Expo 2020. Given below are the top 5 unveils of the Auto Expo 2020.

A host of carmakers, including Hyundai, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, Skoda, MG Motors and Kia, showcased their upcoming products at the Auto Expo 2020. However, there are 5 models that caught the fancy of everyone. These include some much awaited models like the 2020 Hyundai Creta and the new Maruti Vitara Brezza. The details of the top 5 unveil at Auto Expo 2020 are as follows-

Hyundai Creta 2020

The first car on our list of top 5 unveils at Auto Expo 2020 is new-gen Hyundai Creta. This car is the second generation of the hugely popular SUV. It was revealed on 6th February and will be launched next month. It is expected to be priced between Rs 10 to Rs 17 lakh (ex-showroom). The Korean carmaker has completely changed the SUV from the outside and inside. The car will be offered with three different powertrain options. Once launched, it will rival with the likes of Nissan Kicks, Kia Seltos, Tata Harrier and MG Hector.

Maruti Vitara Brezza 2020

The second SUV on our list is the Maruti Brezza facelift. The car carries some subtle cosmetical upgrades on the outside but a pretty big one under the hood. Mechanically, the SUV will now derive power from a BS-VI compliant 1.5-litre, K-series petrol unit. Maruti Suzuki has already discontinued the diesel motor. The expected price range of the Vitara Brezza facelift is between Rs 8-11 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Tata Gravitas

Along with the Tata HBX and Sierra EV concept revealed at the Auto Expo 2020, the Tata Gravitas was also one of the major attractions at the Expo. The bookings of the upcoming SUV will initiate soon, and we can expect the price of the SUV to fall between Rs 15-20 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Tata Gravitas is the seven-seater version of the Harrier, with some minor exterior and interior changes. It will derive power from a BS-VI compliant, 2.0-litre, Kryotec diesel mill.

MG Hector Plus

The Auto Expo 2020 has also witnessed the unveiling of the MG Hector Plus, which is the 7-seater version of the Hector. One can expect the launch of the SUV by the second half of this year. If we talk about the exterior looks, the MG Hector Plus looks quite different from the regular Hector. Moreover, the engine specs and interior features will be revealed during its launch. The SUV will be positioned above Hector in India, and once launched, it will compete with the likes of upcoming Tata Gravitas and Mahindra XUV500.

Kia Sonet concept

On 5th February, at Auto Expo 2020, Kia showcased the Sonet concept. Kia will launch the production-spec Sonet by the second half of 2020, and it’ll rival with the likes of Maruti Brezza facelift, Hyundai Venue, XUV300 and Tata Nexon. Kia Sonet will be the third product from the Korean carmaker in India. The car looks stunning on the outside, and we expect the SUV to come loaded with some top-notch features. Moreover, Kia Sonet might share powertrain options with Hyundai Venue.
