Here’s a new digital rendering of the 2020 Tata Nexon in which the SUV impresses with the tough looks and a really bold character

Tata Nexon is one of the popularly known sub-4-meter SUVs offered in the Indian market. It rivals with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Mahindra XUV300 and Ford EcoSport. After the carmaker launched the Nexon facelift, the SUV became very popular among the modifiers across the country. We are still waiting for some extensively modified examples, but the rendering artists are coming up with their imaginations to show that how the highly customized 2020 Nexon could look like. A few weeks back we showed you the new Nexon rendered into a smart-looking American cop car and today we have a new set of rendering in which the digital artist has made the Nexon look like an off-roader.

This rendering job is done by Alen Sam Joseph. The Tata Nexon you see here features subtle customizations, but it still manages to look very impressive. Upfront it gets robust bull-bar bumper covering the whole front facia of the car. Along with the conventional headlamp cluster, the SUV also features added auxiliary lights mounted on the roof and bull-bar for better illumination. The rear profile of the SUV only features off-road spec bumper, which will give solid protection to the car. The most appealing part here is the addition of off-road black tyres, which shows that the SUV is all-set to survive the apocalypse.

Talking about the 2020 Tata Nexon facelift, the updated model looks almost identical to that of the Nexon EV. It derives power from 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol and a 1.5-litre oil burner. The former puts out power and torque outputs of 110bhp and 170 Nm, which the latter belts out 110bhp and 260 Nm. Both the engine options come paired with a 6-speed MT or an optional AMT. To appeal the younger audience the top-spec trim of the SUV comes loaded with features like an electric sunroof, 35 connectivity features, a touchscreen infotainment system, steering mounted controls and much more.
