Mahindra Scorpio is a body-on-frame SUV that has been on sale in India since 2002. In comparison to the 2002 model, the outgoing Scorpio is leap years ahead in terms of its design. It features a boxy silhouette and uses straight lines and sharp creases to look rather muscular. Apart from the creases and sheet metal’s form, the wheels that a car sits on are also an important part of its design. The Scorpio comes with a set of boring silver-finished 17-inch alloy wheels from the factory. They don’t look great from in any way, but the aftermarket route is always there to watch the Scorpio’s back. And, Scorpio owners are leaving no void vacant to give this SUV the bling it requires by fitting in bigger alloy wheels. Since the car wears black paint; the grey finish does the job of breaking the visual bulk. These rims are shod with 285 section Accelera tyres with a low profile of an aspect ratio – 40. 2. Hypercar Affair

This black Mahindra Scorpio has the funkiest 22-inch alloy wheels in this list. These set of wheels come from Creative Wheels and Tyres, Amritsar. Also, these are the sportiest one on this list. These 15-spoke units feature a concave effect and a web-type design. Such designs are mostly seen on high-performance cars, but they don’t look out of place on this Scorpio. These rims are wrapped in 285/40 section tyres from Accelera but get aftermarket Pirelli P Zero tyre stickers. Also, the brake callipers on this Scorpio are painted in red, and that does look cool.

Since the smaller sidewall of low-profile tyres fails to offer much support to the wheels, thus the effect of the bump is transferred to rim directly.
