Kia Sonet Nightfall Edition Rendered, Looks CHIC

Kia launched its first-ever sub-4-meter SUV named as Sonet in the Indian market a few months back. In its segment, it rivals with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Nissan Magnite, Tata Nexon, Maruti Vitara Brezza and Ford EcoSport. Kia Sonet is one of the most-good looking SUVs in its segment. Here’s a recent rendering of Kia Sonet Nightfall Edition aka Dark Edition, which has been made by our in-house designer Soheb R. Kalania. 

This Kia Sonet Nightfall Edition looks much more elegant than the regular model of the SUV. The designer has blacked-out all the chrome and silver parts on the exterior of the car. First, the designer has changed the red colour of the Kia SUV to black. Upfront, the silver-coloured strip below the grille has been blacked-out. It now gets Seltos-like projector headlamps. The chrome border around the fog lamps has also been blacked-out. Moreover, the front faux skid plate has now received black colour. On the side, it now gets blacked-out alloy wheels, which has enhanced the overall elegant look of the SUV. The silver-coloured roof rails and chrome door handles have also been blacked out.

Other than this, no customizations have been done on the SUV. We really like how the Kia SUV looks after subtle customizations. The Korean automaker can seriously consider launching the Nightfall Edition of Sonet to make it a more exciting package. Talking about Kia Sonet, Last month it was the top-selling SUV in its segment.

The carmaker managed to retail 11,417 units of the car in November 2020. It has now become the top-selling car in the automaker’s stable. Inside, the SUV comes loaded with features like a massive 10.25-inch HD touchscreen with navigation and live traffic, Bose premium seven-speaker sound system with sub-woofer, Smart Pure air purifier with virus and bacteria protection and front ventilated driver and passenger seats. It gets retailed at a starting price of Rs 6.72 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Kia Sonet is the second most affordable SUV in its segment.
