Dad Bursts Into Tears On Receiving A Mercedes-Benz C-Class From Son

As per the video, firstly, the father’s eyes were covered by a towel when the son takes him to an open space. Then, when the towel is taken off, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class appears in fireworks and pink smoke, which makes the father extremely surprised. Both the father and the mother burst into tears with emotion and joy when they see such a precious gift from their son. After that, the father drives the whole family to another place where they celebrate the event with other family members. After the joyful party which involves the whole family cutting and eating cake with each other, the father drives the vehicle around with the constant smile on his face.

Presenting a car to parents at such a young age is the dream of many youngsters in India. No words can describe the happiness of the whole family when witnessing the son giving his father such a luxurious car. The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is replete with many top-notch features such as a panoramic sliding sunroof, dual-5-spoke alloy rims, front and rear LED lamps, ambient interior lighting package with 64 colours and a 10.25-inch media display with new-gen telematics integrated with the NGT 5.5 smartphone.

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class has been on sale in the country with three engine options: two diesel motors and one petrol unit. The first two ones are both 2-litre units but in different states of tunes, which are 241 bhp against 500 Nm and 192 bhp against 400 Nm. In the meanwhile, the petrol motor has a capacity of 1.5 litres with four cylinders and can generate a maximum power of 181 bhp against a peak torque of 280 Nm. The petrol engine can be combined with a mild-hybrid technology which is called “EQ Boost” by Mercedes. This system gets a 48-volt electric motor which can produce an extra power/torque output of 16 bhp and 160 Nm. All of these engines come mated to a 9G Tronic AT gearbox which is being used by Mercedes Benz on all variants of the C-Class sedan.

The C-Class is the second most reasonably-priced luxury sedan in India and also the fifth most affordable car in Mercedes-Benz’s lineup in India, positioned above the GLA compact SUV, the CLA sedan, the B-Class hatchback and the A-Class hatchback. The saloon is priced in the range from INR 40 lakh for the base variant to INR 48.50 lakh for the top variant. At this price range, it directly competes against the Audi A4, the Jaguar XE and the BMW 3-Series. Nevertheless, what matters here is not the price of the car or its competitors but the invaluable happiness brought about by this present to the whole family.
